Come to work.
Stay to live.

A 12-room tropical coliving & social club for remote professionals, creatives and long-stay guests who want to work well, live well and become part of Lombok for a while.
The Concept

Not a hotel with a coworking room.
A place built around working and living well.

Salamina combines a private room, professional coworking, a pool, a gym and a communal kitchen into one home base — for remote professionals, creatives and project workers who want Lombok to be more than a two-night stop.

A HOME BASE ON LOMBOK
A day at Salamina

Work → Train → Swim → Explore → Cook → Connect

Morning

Coffee, focused work, video calls with Europe, quiet concentration in the coworking space.

Afternoon

Pool, gym, lunch, a surf session or the beach at Senggigi — the working day pauses, it doesn't stop.

Evening

Communal cooking, dinner, drinks, conversation and informal networking. Community that forms on its own — never a forced "activity schedule".

Inside Salamina

Rooms opening onto a tropical garden and long pool.

The courtyard is designed as Salamina's social heart: 12 ensuite rooms with small private terraces, dense planting for privacy, a long pool and relaxed sunbed areas. This image is a concept visualization; the dimensioned layout below is the planning reference.

The Hero Amenity

Run a European job from here.
Without compromise.

Coworking isn't a small hotel business centre bolted on for convenience — it's one of the main reasons a guest chooses Salamina over a normal hotel or villa. Approximately 60–75 m² of dedicated, air-conditioned space, designed around 12–16 professional work positions, external monitors, strong internet and quiet call space. Final dimensions remain subject to architectural design.

Location

Kerandangan — close to Senggigi, quieter than Kuta

Location map
  • Kerandangan / Mangsit corridor, minutes from Senggigi Beach and its restaurants, dive shops and amenities
  • Quieter and greener than the busiest tourism centres — suited to routine, not nightly parties
  • Dedicated professional coworking supply appears limited compared with Kuta; Salamina is designed to combine accommodation and work infrastructure in one purpose-built long-stay product
  • Established tourism infrastructure nearby, without Kuta's density or competition
